Supporting Leaders of International Organisations Through Transformation
Since 2017, Ursula Hillbrand has been a regular guest lecturer in two prestigious executive education programmes at SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan: the MPA (Master of Public Administration) and the EMMIO (Executive Master in Management of International Organizations).
Context and Target Groups
The MPA is aimed at early-career professionals in public administrations worldwide, while the EMMIO brings together experienced professionals and senior managers from international organisations. Both programmes focus on transformation, good governance, and leadership in complex environments.
