My facilitation work starts with exploring shared purpose and intent aligning all players involved. Already in the preparation phase I invite innovation and seek to create spaces in which participants feel safe enough to go beyond their comfort zone. Together we gain new insights and make room for unexpected inspiration. In such spaces, authenticity and courage take precedence over seniority and rank – while hierarchy is still respected.
Such collaborative processes, in which transformative leadership can emerge, leads to amazing results and long lasting outcomes.
I work with confidence in English, French, Dutch, German and Italian.
