Dear friends of dialogue, collaboration and shaping a vibrant future,Through the many conversations and projects I have been involved in over the past few months, one thing has become increasingly clear to me:
The crucial question for the future is not merely a technological one. It is a human one.
How do people truely connect?
How is trust built?
How can collaboration remain
vibrant, creative and effective, even in complex times?
That is precisely why I am currently more interested than ever in human skills, the ability to connect with others, the culture of dialogue, and the creation of spaces where people can find their bearings together.

The past few weeks have been marked by meaningful encounters, exciting projects and inspiring exchanges.
The Petersberg Coaching Days focused on a range of forward-looking issues relating to leadership, AI and transformation.What struck me most was this: despite all the technological advances, there is a growing longing for genuine connection, dialogue and human depth.
The Academic Poster Session at the University of St. Gallen was a great opportunity to showcase my practical work with young and aspiring leaders in the context of co-creative leadership and to contribute to building human skills.
I’m looking forward to upcoming events and workshops:
On 11 June, I’ll be taking part in the ‘Long Night of Participation’ in Dornbirn (Austria). I’ll be giving a talk on co-creative leadership and participatory teaching and learning spaces.

In July, another special event, ‘Leinen Los – Festival für kreative Entfaltung’, will take place at Schloss Hofen. I am happy to be on the podium for the opening event, and will be giving a workshop there that explores storytelling, resonance, and the question of how spaces can be created in which people feel comfortable sharing even unusual or out-of-the-ordinary stories.
