How do we lead into a future whose answers we do not yet know? In times of complexity and profound change, leadership needs more than expertise and quick solutions.
For three days we learn and try out methods such as World Café, Open Space, Appreciative Inquiry and Theory U.
Especially at a time when AI makes ever more knowledge available, human qualities gain in importance: inner clarity, empathy, resonance, attentive listening and the ability to open spaces in which something new can emerge collectively.
For women who shape teams, projects, organisations and change processes, and who want not only to think about leadership differently but to practise it differently.
