“What remains – and what emerges.”

Dear friends and colleagues,

At the end of the year, we often ask ourselves:

What was important? What really made an impact? And what do we want to take with us into the new year?

2025 has shown us once again how challenging collaboration has become. Structures are changing, roles are shifting, and expectations are colliding. And yet there is something that sustains us when we consciously nurture it: genuine connection.

In many workshops, dialogue spaces, and leadership training sessions, a common thread has emerged:

As soon as the invisible is given space, clarity emerges. And as soon as clarity emerges, the future becomes shapeable.

Sometimes conversations finally become possible.
Sometimes it is inner images take shape because we make space for them.
And sometimes it is the moment when a team suddenly realizes that there is much more that connects them than divides them.

In a world that calls for speed, collaboration needs something else:

Presence. Resonance. And the willingness to consciously open and hold spaces.

Leadership does not begin with a formal role. It begins when a person decides to act with an eye for the big picture.

This quality will become even more important in 2026.

What will I personally take away from this year?

  • That teams grow when they are given not only methods, but moments that allow them to discover themselves and each other.
  • That organisations are resilient when they learn to think like living systems, which embraces diversity as a strength.
  •  And that connection does not come about because we do extraordinary things, but because we really “meet“ each other.

That’s why I offer this thought for the end of the year:

Leadership is not what we do.
Leadership is holding space.
For ourselves.
For others.
For what wants to be created.

I wish you a bright end to the year and a powerful 2026 – full of successful cooperation, clear decisions and courageous steps into a future that we are shaping together.

Kindly,

Mag. iur. Ursula Hillbrand

Supporting several organisations in co-creation, dialogic culture and meeting design

This diversity reminds me each year how strongly our working environments long for forms that cultivate clarity, depth and resonance. These three qualities are at the heart of my coaching, my process facilitation and all dialogic formats I design.

How we can unfold impact together in 2026

Strategic process facilitation – online and in person
For teams, organisations and leaders navigating turning points, seeking new pathways or needing to understand complex situations together.

Facilitation of events, workshops and conferences
Highly participatory, clear and insightful formats that create orientation, enable decision-making and invite people into shared responsibility.

Individual and team coaching
For leaders who want to strengthen their inner clarity, evolve their leadership style or realign themselves within demanding contexts.

Co-creation and collaborative work culture
Introducing dialogic methods, supporting Communities of Practice, designing meetings and structures that enable sustainable collaboration.

Female Leadership
Spaces for women who want to lead with presence, courage and authenticity – and who seek approaches that align with their professional role and their life.

I look forward to walking with you in 2026 and creating spaces where good leadership, true collaboration and meaningful transformation can unfold:

For organisations that are alive. For teams that support one another. For people who want to have impact without losing themselves.
