Community Day: Art of Hosting Bregenz

The Power of Female Leadership – Networking and Deepening Connections

Community Day: Art of Hosting Bregenz
March 14, 2026 March 14, 2026
9.00

We invite you to

  • reflect on and deepen your practical application of what you have learned in the Art of Hosting trainings

  • sharpen and name your perception of female leadership and co-creation

  • immerse yourself in the swarm intelligence of the “we,” the network, for further learning loops.

Where have we been able to perceive feminine qualities in everyday life, in meetings, or events? We share stories about successful as well as challenging situations. What threw us off balance and what helped us to catch ourselves and entire teams again? Where were we not present enough to perceive subtleties in the spaces between? What helped us find balance before, during, and after?  How do we deal with current crisis situations and divisive tendencies? What enables the experience of coherence and sustainable continuity? How do we transform sources of conflict within ourselves into seeds of peace and tap into our creative space to do so? A valuable, appreciative space for learning and trust creates the conditions for deeper reflection.

For Whom?

  • people who have completed an Art of Hosting Training, are practicing and want to deepen their knowledge.

When?  March 14, 2026

  • Optional: Friday, March 13, 2026:
arrival from 6:00 PM Getting to know each other & immersion,
    dinner together at 7:00 PM

  • Saturday, March 14, 2026: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We share examples of application from different contexts and reflect on the tension between self-hosting and presence for the respective process. We learn about “holding space” in difficult situations, which gives us and others orientation. How metaphors and inner images can stabilize us from within, and how rituals, even covert ones, can help us strengthen the structure of the subtle space, the space in between. How and for what do we consciously use our body posture? In movement sequences, we find helpful, expressive postures for ourselves.

In the peer coaching café, we further develop concerns and future projects.
