Art of Hosting & Community of Practice
“Leading from Sensing” and “From Leading to Impact”

After several successful sessions especially for women in Bregenz and Vienna, we are again offering an Art of Hosting training for all people. The enthusiasm, inspiring impulses, and shared courage for transformation—both internally and externally—have been a valuable gift for all of us. At the same time, they confirm that this offering resonates deeply with the current zeitgeist.

That’s why we explore with you:

How can we lead from a place of inner clarity and remain present, connected, and effective even in turbulent times? What qualities of attention, relationship, and resonance are needed to shape a sustainable future?

In this training, we focus on those subtle qualities of leadership that are becoming increasingly important today: mindful listening, connectedness, purpose orientation, collective intelligence, and the ability to open up spaces where new things can emerge. Qualities that were long considered “soft” are now proving to be crucial for sustainable effectiveness.

Together, we explore which personal and collective stories shape our actions and which narratives we want to live by in the future. We open up a space for resonance in which the forces of the individual and of togetherness become visible. On this joint journey of discovery, a clarity becomes apparent that is already inherent within us.

We learn and practice using participatory dialogue and leadership formats, inviting others, and holding space for what wants emerge. How do we initiate processes that truly shift systems and create an environment for genuine dialogue our organisations and communities are longing for change? Which methods help structure decision-making processes respecting all perspectives while simultaneously making them more effective? How can self-organisation lead to a process design that meaningfully connects diverse competencies?

Art of Hosting as an Approach
Art of Hosting is a spectrum of methods that invite participatory co-creation, encourage creative interaction, unlock collective wisdom and make meaningful conversations on equal footing possible.

Art of Harvesting enables us to make process dynamics comprehensible to others. This facilitates the transmission of implicit and less accessible knowledge.

Theory U and Social Presencing Theater, provides us with a framework to remain present even in challenging situations, to connect with the emerging future, to co-create and lead from it.

We convey vibrant content through experiential learning and storytelling, alternating between circle formats, small group work, solo time, and journaling to reflect and anchor what we experience. During the training days, participants will prepare their own interventions under the supervision of experienced hosts and practically apply the Art of Hosting methodology applying the learned principles.

For Whom?
Women who wish to lead and work holistically and want to make a stronger impact within their organizations or in society. Both beginners and experienced practitioners of Art of Hosting enrich the exchange and help refine this approach from a female perspective.
