The Art of Hosting Good Conversations
This evening, we want to shine a light on the whole spectrum of hosting good conversations, and on the salon space as a place between public and private. Habermas described this with his concept of the "third place" — a neutral place for meeting and exchange. Where else is the quality of such a place still needed, to achieve good conversations and, above all, good outcomes with sustainable solutions?
Anyone who feels like experiencing exactly that, discovering it, and contributing to it, is warmly welcome! Bring your ideas, projects, questions, and we'll experiment together. A salon has always been a space for trying things out — inventing something new, with an appreciative attitude! That is exactly what our Salon 2.0 does again today. Exploring the new, in an appreciative environment. Salon guests without a project idea or concern of their own are especially welcome — as valuable contributors of impulses, or as inspiring listeners.
What do I get out of it?
A solution to a question that has been on my mind for a long time; clarity on a project that I'm still missing. A framework for substantial dialogue will be created using the Art of Hosting facilitation method "Pro Action Café." This makes possible exciting conversations with interesting people — in the diversity that is typical of our salon evenings.
Relaxed arrival at 6:00 pm, start around 6:15 pm. Our dialogue runs until around 10:00 pm. As is salon tradition, food and drink will also be provided, delivered fresh from the Petrus Café Brasserie.
Your participation fee of €30 includes food and drinks.

The Bregenzer Salon is located in the heart of Bregenz and is easily accessible by bus and train. The stations "Bregenz Hafen" and "Bregenz Hauptbahnhof" are only a few minutes' walk away. Bus lines are also nearby. Good parking is available at the P5 Rathaus car park — simply follow the parking guidance system.
