Life in the lower layers of the iceberg…
The good old iceberg model — who doesn't know it? Above the waterline, the "hard facts"; below, hidden, the "soft facts." Everyone knows it, many managers confirm it… Change has to do with culture, with behaviour, with attitude. This much-praised new culture of the new world of work, this "we-culture" — how does it actually come into being? Is the new way of working now "lean"? Is it digitalisation, or flexibility in the mind, or just in office organisation? Flexibility in family and society — what changes, and what always stays the same?
Because there are so many opinions on this, and we always hold up what's new against the reference point of what we've experienced before, "the new" has a hard time coming into being at all — because new is simply new, and not a reissue of the old.

Yes, it's about feelings. And it's about authenticity. This evening, we offer our expertise to help us discover, together, the 90 percent that make up the lower level of the iceberg, and bring the know-how of how to deal with that lower 90% into the upper 10%.
Nobody wants a change process imposed on them, whether at work or as a citizen: "It's not that people don't like change. They don't want to be changed," as Peter Senge tells us. "A learning organisation is a place where people are continually discovering that they create their own reality. And that they can change it."
So how does that work, then? Change "all by itself"?
Exactly. We don't just briefly scratch the surface. We enable the discovery of deeper layers through dialogue. There are also technologies for this — "social technologies" — that can be learned.
Anyone who feels like experiencing exactly that, discovering it, and contributing to it, is warmly welcome! Bring your projects, ideas, questions, and we'll experiment together. A salon has always been a space for trying things out — inventing something new, with an appreciative attitude! And that is exactly what our Salon 2.0 does again today. Exploring the new, in an appreciative environment.

A solution to a question that has been on my mind for a long time, clarity on a project that I'm still missing, getting to know or re-experiencing the Pro Action Café facilitation method that comes from Art of Hosting, and exciting conversations with interesting people, in the diversity that is typical of our salon evenings.
Relaxed arrival at 6:00 pm, start around 6:15 pm. Our dialogue runs until around 10:00 pm. As is salon tradition, food and drink will also be provided.
