Open Salon Evening – Pro Action Café with Martin Büchele and Sümeyra Coskun
After a brief introduction to the different levels of listening, we move into practising dialogue with one another, shaped by the participants' own topics. What is the burning question? Which project needs other people's perspectives? Perhaps there's a common thread running through all the topics?
By regularly changing dialogue partners, we weave the collective knowledge in the room together. Don't have a project of your own? Then you can contribute your life experience to the group consultation, get to know this interesting conversation format, and benefit from the evening in this way. This is how we create the space within the space.
Martin Büchele, an Art of Hosting practitioner, has several years of international experience designing processes and conversation spaces that allow for genuine dialogue and enable groups to use their collective intelligence effectively. He is also committed to combining mindfulness practice with process facilitation.
Sümeyra Coskun, born in Vorarlberg with a Turkish migration background, is 17 years old and a final-year student at BG Gallus in Bregenz. She has already attended several Art of Hosting trainings, and out of her enthusiasm remains active in this field — for example, co-hosting processes at secondary schools together with the Vorarlberg Youth Initiative, or applying AoH methods at the Galileo Institute for Education, Culture and Sport, where she volunteers teaching social skills. Her special area within Art of Hosting is harvesting.

Bus lines are also nearby. Good parking is available at the P5 Rathaus car park — simply follow the parking guidance system.
