The wonderful listening quality of this event often sparks the most innovative ideas among participants. Pro Action Café is a Brussels-born development of a collective conversation format that brings people and their creative ideas together. It is a method used within the Art of Hosting framework to quickly get to the heart of communication.
After a brief introduction to the different levels of listening, we move into practising dialogue with one another, shaped by the participants' own topics. What is the burning question? Which project needs other people's perspectives? Perhaps there's a common thread running through all the topics?
By regularly changing dialogue partners, we weave the collective knowledge in the room together. Don't have a project of your own? Then you can contribute your life experience to the group consultation, get to know this interesting conversation format, and benefit from the evening in this way. This is how we create the space within the space.
